What else is included?
Live Classes
In our 2 half-hour live exercise classes a week on Tuesdays and Fridays both at 10:30 am you will see Adrian taking you through a fun, energetic workout with routines demonstrated at various levels of difficulty depending on your current ability. Before each class you will see a “Kit required” checklist so you will know in advance exactly what you will need for that session.
On-demand warm-up classes
You also have access to an on-demand warm-up and stretch video that shows you how and why warming up and stretching before and after any exercise is so important. Adrian will take you through your entire body to ensure you are ready to smash your class!
Personal progress tracker
This is your secret weapon to help you hit and beat your goals in terms of body shape and fitness levels. Adrian will show you how to measure your own body and the importance of this in helping you smash your mind and body goals.
He will then take you through a set of exercises that will help you determine where your base fitness levels are. These measurements and fitness exercises will be repeated every 8th session so we can together see whats working and what needs working on.
Weekly live Q&A
After each class you will have the opportunity to “ask a question” of Adrian in the live Q&A

Enjoy Adrian’s live classes exactly when you want them! With this package you can now watch and join in when the time is right for you and replay the class as many times as you want to perfect those moves and skills!

Challenge of the week
Each week Adrian will set you a challenge! It might be as simple as increasing your “leg stretch” by 5cm” or reducing the time it takes to do “30 squats” whatever the challenge you can post your results in the “online community news”!
