What's the Deal?


Privacy

All your personal information will be kept confidential to the Trainer.  Hard copies will be kept in a locked cabinet and electronic information will be stored under password protection.  None of your personal details will be supplied to any third party without your prior consent.

Bookings and Cancellations

To book, call Mike on 0412 088 146.  For smooth arrangements for all clients, bookings should be made at least a week in advance.

If you need to cancel or change a booking, at least 24 hours notice is required. Failure to give notice except in special circumstances may result in forfeiture of the cost of the session.  In the unlikely event that your Trainer has to change a session at less than 24 hours notice, your next session will be FREE.

If your trainer is late for a booking, your next session will be at no cost to you. If you are late for a session, the session will still finish on time if necessary to avoid disrupting other clients.

Session lengths, normally approx.45 minutes, may vary according to location and individual circumstances.

Personal Training Sessions:
Casual   (about 60 minutes) $75
5 Session vouchers $200
10 Session vouchers $375
(Special rates by arrangement for couples, small groups or families.)

Responsibilities

Your Trainer is a qualified personal trainer with appropriate fitness industry registration and insurances. However you should be aware of the following:

  • Participating in exercise activities with Michael Montefiore/Fit4Everything is at your own risk;
  • You accept that risk and indemnify and release Michael Montefiore/Fit4Everything against all liability, claims, demands and proceedings arising out of or connected with participation in exercise activities; and
  • You understand that participating in exercise activities may be physically demanding and you are not aware of any medical condition (other than disclosed in your Assessment Session) that may limit your ability to perform exercise. If in any doubt, you are advised to seek a clearance from your medical practitioner prior to commencement.
